We are looking for a talented and dynamic Director of Software Implementation to join our team. This individual will plan and direct strategy for implementation of the company's software products. The position is based in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Create scalable, repeatable implementation processes for all products.
- Build and scale the implementation department along with the company's growth.
- Drive the definition of and the execution of operational metrics for multiple products.
- Directly manage staff including: project managers, implementation coordinators and define what key roles the implementation organization needs to be successful.
- Act as executive contact for all new customers and escalations.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction during the initial training and implementation of software products
Requirements:

- Strong relationship skills – works seamlessly externally (customers) and internally (sales)
- Strong multi-tasking ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in second level management of an implementation organization preferred
- Good interpersonal/customer relations skills; clear and concise verbal and written communicator
- Ability to develop and execute business processes
- Enjoys software implementation lifecycle and establishing true partnerships with customers
- Flexible and easily adapts to new environments; comfortable with some level of ambiguity
